We have succeeded in developing the CellVysion, thanks to our more than thirty years of experience in the field of antibody-antigen interactions, fluidics and SPR.
The CellVysion is designed to determine the avidity of cells et cetera to the ligand of interest.
As an example we describe measuring the avidity of cells on a ligand density gradient by determining the so-called tipping point for a certain cell type - antibody combination.

Our systems are not cooled by water, they have a low energy-consumption and only need small sample volumes; this avoids our customers to generate large quantities of material and reduces the use of disposables.
