We have succeeded in developing such a line of instruments, thanks to our more than thirty years of experience in the field of antibody-antigen interactions, fluidics and SPR. Our line of instruments consists of the AutoVysion and the CellVysion.
The AutoVysion is designed to characterize antibodies in one single run of 30 minutes.
We developed the AutoVysion system with the user in mind. At the same time, we kept thorough scientific principles and made no concessions. The result is an instrument that is cost-effective and easy-to-operate while giving direct accurate and reliable results. Real-time and label free.
You just need one single run for obtaining equilibrium constants, kinetic-rate constants and concentration. The instrument produces a full checkerboard of conditions using our gradient ligand chip. Special analysis software calculates from redundant imaging data the important affinity parameters. This unique proprietary feature of the AutoVysion enables the user to spend less development time to tune the ligand density e.g. for kinetic measurements.
The CellVysion is designed to determine the avidity of cells, extracellular vesicles, viruses, bacteria, LNPs binding et cetera to the ligand of interest.
As an example we describe measuring the avidity of cells on a ligand density gradient by determining the so-called tipping point for a certain cell type - antibody combination.
